 I'm having this same issue with CyberDuck 4.2.1 on Mac OSX 10.6.8   Item
 dows actually upload but cyber Duck keeps saying it's disconnecting and
 the little dot stays yellow/orange.  If I quit and restart CyberDuck it
 shows everything is then fine... Says transfer complete and the dot is
 green...   any ideas?
