 Trying to download

 /ubuntu-installer/i386 with right-click and choosing "Download to…"
 results in
 ftp://anonymous@archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot
 /ubuntu-installer/i386/pxelinux.cfg/default not being downloaded/created
 at all.
