 One of our user is not able to see the actual folers from her desktop
 while connected to FTP site (Unix server) using Cyberduck.
 She is using Cyberduck version 4.1
 She gets this softer re-installed on our request but still the problem
 exists, I am attaching all the snapshot I have for reference.
