 One of our user is not able to see the actual folers from her desktop
 while connected to FTP site (Unix server) using Cyberduck.
 She upgraded to latest version but problem still exists.
 I feel like there is some kind of glitch that is making folders appear to
 look like other folders

 You can refer ticket #7385 for more info as same was opneded for the same
 issue.
