 In Version 4.3.1 of Cyberduck, when using SubEthaEdit or SlickEdit as the
 text editor, saved changes are not uploaded.

 The first time a file is opened via 'Edit', it opens fine in the editor
 and can be saved. However, if that file is closed in the editor,
 subsequent attempts to open it in a local editor via Cyberduck's 'Edit'
 feature causes the file to download but no open in the editor.

 Likewise, if a file being edited is re-downloaded via the 'Edit' feature,
 subsequent attempts to save the existing file are unsuccessful.

 The only solution is to close all files in the local editor, restart
 Cyberduck, and re-'Edit' all the files via Cyberduck.

 (This seems like a recurrence of Ticket #6399)
