 Hi

 We are using Serv-U FTP server and Cyberduck client software for Mac OS.
 Multiple users are not able to connect via Cyberduck over SFTP. The error
 message is as:

 These users are trying to connect using FTP-TLS to your SSH (SFTP) server.
