 Recently I have noticed that when I edit a file in an external editor
 (BBedit) the file is not saved (uploaded I guess) to the server.  I saw
 that this problem occurred with 10.4, but have not seem a solution for
 later  mac OS versions.  I am using Mac OS 10.8.2 with BBedit and
 Cyberduck 4.2.1.
