 I had to make some changes to my website today and have always just edited
 through TextWrangler right from CyberDuck and have never had a problem
 until I purchased from the App Store. In the past, I've always just
 downloaded from the CyberDuck site but I re-installed my Mac and decided
 to purcahse from the app store and whenever I go to download or edit a
 file, I get the following;
 preparing to download.... and it just hangs there until eventually I get a
 Read Timeout Error. I'm able to edit and download the files through
 FileZilla with no issue and I've never had this issue before.
 Here is output from the logs;

 I'm going to try downloading from the main site again instead of the App
 Store and see if that works. I just downloaded the app and am having the
 same issue.
