 For reasons we cannot track right now the last update broke CloudSafe
 support.
 Before, everything was running fine for years. Now every connect shows
 "Method not allowed"

 We have quite a lot of Cyberduck users with CloudSafe. We would appreciate
 if someone could have a look into it. CloudSafe offers free accounts, so
 testing should not be the problem.
