 I tried another laptop (MacBookPro Intel Core 2 Duo, 32bit, 10.6.8) with
 cyberduck 4.3.1 and everything is fine.  The laptop with the problem
 (MacBookPro, Intel Core 2 duo, OS X 10.6.8) runs at 2.88GHz and in 64bit
 mode.  This was tested using the same belkin router, so it seems that the
 problem is not related to the router.
