 To integrate in Cyberduck we have at least the following additional
 requirements:
  * Must be possible to use a custom configured HTTP client instance (I
 assume hc.apache.org is used)
  * Must be possible to inject custom SSL trust manager (we integrate trust
 management with the OS)
  * We need `java.io.InputStream` and `java.io.OutputStream` to read and
 write
  * Access to CDN status and logging configuration (`X-CDN-*`) headers
