 I'm using Rumpus server. Port 21 is disabled. Instead using port 990.
 Using Fetch, login as FTP with TLS/SSL custom port 990 - No issues.
 Using Transmit, login as FTP with Implicit SSL port 990- No issues.

 I've tried every each setting on Cyberduck without success. It takes a
 while, then it says, "I/O Error: Connection Failed. Read timed out.

 is there a setting i'm missing? i
