 == This ticket is not a support ticket for Cybderuck 4.4 but for the
 website which won't let me download a new version without re-registering

 My Cybderuck 3.1.1 crashed, I reinstalled it but it still didn't work.
 That is a separate problem.

 When I came here to get the latest version, my original ID
 ian at norphil.co.uk from which I paid via PayPal in March 2011 was not
 recognised even though I have a license.  (see below) Now I have signed up
 again using a  new email address (wild1952 at gmail.com) and my account has
 to be verified through my credit card.  I would have expected to be able
 to update to the latest version without all this hassle.

 I don't understand all the boxes below this one asking for Milestone etc.
