 We have successfully added a new connection and connect to the server
 where we can see two folder on the main directory. The one named www  will
 not let us connect. When we double click on it, there is no response and
 no files are seen. The other folder lets us view the contents. What are we
 doing wrong? The set up required that we use SSL. We are running on a PC
 with Windows 7. Thanks for your help
