 I'm using Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks with Cyberduck 4.3.1 and Sublime 2.0.2.
 When editing a file using FTP and saving it will upload the file to the
 server, but I do not receive a notification of the upload completing. This
 was working on Mountain Lion and is now broken in Mavericks. I can only
 assume this is most likely due to API changes with the new Notifications
 in Mavericks. Thanks for the great app!
