Comment:

 Unfortunately we cannot provide an upgrade path from the donation key to a
 Mac App Store purchase (the opposite is supported.) as there is no way to
 automate free redemption codes and these are limited.

 You can install the latest [https://update.cyberduck.ch/beta/ beta] which
 will work with 10.9.
