 when uploading any type/szie of file, upload speed jumps from one speed to
 roughly half that speed consistently (roughly every second - i.e: speed
 jumps from 65 KB/sec to 130 KB/sec and back again). Sometimes it also
 jumps from one speed to nothing.

 Other FTP clients on same machine/connection do not have this issue.

 Have used Cyberduck for many years with no issue - but started to happen
 on every upload now.
