 temp file is created, then you know where to remove it from.

 I think yla might be a bit confused. The actual issue is not that the file
 is not removed, but that windows seems to think it is there until there is
 a manual refresh. It might be a windows problem, but I suspect there might
 a way to fix it within Cyberduck.
