 I just updated to version 4.5.1 and for some reason the program loads
 except for the transfers window, then sits there for like a half an hour
 frozen and unusable until the transfers window pops up finally and it
 works normally until I close it

 in previous updates, the load delay first appeared for me, but has only
 ever been maybe 10 seconds to a minute so it never bugged me too much...
 but this is just nuts!  :^)
