 So for anyone else having this same problem with out any solution seen in
 the near future, I have been using the fireuploader add on for firefox and
 it has been working great. Won't freeze or flat out refuse to upload more
 than 300 files at the same time. You can download it
 [http://www.fireuploader.com/DownloadPage.aspx] while waiting for a fix
 for cyberduck. Good luck.
