 Have you followed their
 [https://support.bigcommerce.com/questions/1618/How+do+I+connect+to+my+store+via+WebDAV+using+CyberDuck%3F
 instructions] and downloaded the provided connection profile? You should
 set `/dav` in the ''Default Path'' of the bookmark.
