 As of the latest version (4.5.1) from both the App Store and directly
 downloaded on your site, we are unable to browse our files at Rackspace.
 We have tried multiple computers and two different Rackspace accounts. We
 get an initial directory listing, but anything more than one level deep is
 just empty.
