New description:

 So, Cyberduck just prompted me to update and I can no longer use the
 product. I have it set up to download files I am working on to my temp
 folder and when I finish editing the files and save them, they
 automatically are uploaded through cyberduck. However, when I download
 items and load them into my text editor, after about 5 seconds they are
 automatically deleted and my text editor prompts me to either keep the
 file open or discard it. This completely breaks the functionality of
 cyberduck for me.
