 I downloaded CyberDuck today to use in uploading our site to BlueHost, at
 their recommendation. Everything went fine with the download everything
 seems to through and connect to our host just fine. However, I have no
 ability to work on uploading the files because none of my menu
 icons/buttons seem to be active. Can you help?
