 Use Cyberduck with Sublime on Windows.
 I click on the file in Cyberduck, it opens in Sublime, edit, click Ctrl +
 S, close, open again and there is no change, again edit, save, and from
 the second, and sometimes 3-4 times it is saved.
 Another problem is that not all of the file is saved, such as not save
 last line or the last 2-3 rows.
