 I cannot use Cyberduck.  Always crashes.  Cannot upload anything.  Cannot
  access Rackspace Cloud Files any longer.

 I am trying to enclose the entire CrashReporter folder for you to see but
 not sure how.  How do I attach a folder???

  Please give me CLEAR understandable instructions on what to do.  I am NOT
  technical.
