 I am downloading the program and getting this message: "CyberDuck Stop
 Working". "Do you want to send more information about this problem?"

 I tried 3 different times and getting the same message. Even though at the
 end I still see CyberDuck icon on my desk top, when I click on it nothing
 happens. Program is not opening up.

 What is the problem?
