 I did try disabling Bonjour support as suggested. That did not help. I
 also tried to unistall as much of Cyberduck as I could and reinstall the
 latest version.

 At this point in time my "fix" for this issue is to use Filezilla, which
 is a poor substitute. But at least I can get it to launch.
