 I'm trying to FTP a 44gb file to a certain site and the first 1.8gb went
 through with no issue but after that the upload keeps pausing
 intermittently for not apparent issue.  The only thing I can do is shut
 down cyberduck, re-open it and then hit resume and the upload continues.
 2 days later I'm only at 18gb uploaded.  Is there something I can do to
 not have this pause continue to occur?
