 I should add that I have also tried clicking repeatedly on "Resume".  Each
 cycle transfers a similar (small) quantity of data, with the same sequence
 in the Log Drawer.  Given enough clicks, the transfer eventually
 completes.  As far as I can tell, this issue applies to all computers that
 I communicate with.
