 I connect to a number of servers through ssh using cyberduck. However,
 when trying to connect to one server I simply get "SSH_FXP_INIT" in the
 log drawer and an error message stating "Unexpected end of sftp stream". I
 have no problem connecting to this server using the vanilla command "ssh
 user at server" in a terminal window.
