 Accidentally tried to create a folder with a . prefix (it was not visible
 so I didn't know it was already there). Error message:

 Cannot create folder .xxxx (complete folder location)
 Failure (SSH_FX_FAILURE: An error occurred, but no specific error code
 exists to describe the failure.).
 SSH_FXP_MKDIR
 SSH_FXP_STATUS
 Failure

 Toggling the log drawer didn't show any information, that is the log
 drawer doesn't show, so I'm sorry I can't include the full transcript.

 The connection type is SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)
