 I see that a passive data connection is only used as a fallback after the
 `PORT` command (active data connection) fails. Check your settings in
 ''Network → Advanced... → Proxies → Use Passive FTP Mode (PASV)'' and the
 bookmark setting ''Connect Mode''.
