 Thank you for the response.

 I updated to the latest snapshot build.  It appears that the errors are no
 longer popping up when I enter a folder, but my files are still not
 showing.  Only folders.

 If it helps, my hosting company is fatcow which I noticed is the same as
 another person having a similar issue.
