 How about an option to completely disable notifications, rather than just
 limit? It would make the most sense for ''0'' to disable notifications and
 maybe a value like ''-1'' meaning to disable the limit. Perhaps though if
 backward compatibility is desired, ''-1'' could disable notifications?
