New description:

 "Listing Directory Failed (/)." error appears when I attempt to connect to
 my FTP server using Windows Cyberduck Version 4.4.3 (14140). But I can
 make successful connections with the following.

  * Windows Cyberduck Version 4.2.2 (10748)
  * Windows FileZilla Version 3.6.4.1
  * Mac Cyberduck Version 4.4.3 (14140)
