 As per winscp (for windows), I/we need a way of updating the user and
 group of the files being uploaded.

 This should be under the Info > Permissions tab.

 Basically the files are uploaded using the group you login with... Mostly
 Root for me, but these need to be changed to the actual user and user
 group for the directory files are being uploaded to.
