Comment:

 There are no log entries indicating any issue. All entries are most
 probably from the previous, working version. Launch issues are very
 difficult to debug with .NET. I see the following possibilities:
 * check the Windows Event Viewer to find any more details
 * uninstall Cyberduck, make a fresh installation
 * enable assembly bind logging, [http://stackoverflow.com/questions/255669
