 FTP-SSL Explicit AUTH TLS -mode hasn't been working since 4.5 in Active
 mode.

 Works fine on 4.6 in Passive mode, but not in Active.

 Everything worked fine on the exactly same server, account and file with
 4.4.5.

 Attaching screenshots for Download and Upload and a transcript for
 Download.
