 filled in suggested info that (picturemaxx)? suggested I try, put in a
 back slash (top) default(mid) and got a message that there was a crash and
 did I want to send a report to you I hope, which I did. It closed after
 report and the settings did not remain when reopened. Picturemaxx that
 should be receiving my files say that they have tested cyberduck using my
 login info and their test was successful but my use still is not. Hope
 this is helping.
