 The single region profile for Rackspace cloud files region ORD located
 here:
 https://svn.cyberduck.io/trunk/profiles/Rackspace%20US%20(ORD).cyberduckprofile

 Refers to the SYD region currently. Here's an excerpt
         <key>Description</key>
         <string>Rackspace Cloud Files (US ORD)</string>
 ...
     <key>Region</key>
     <string>SYD</string>

 So I think line 44 just needs to be changed to <string>ORD</string>
