 Download speed and remaining time seem to be calculated from total volume
 downloaded / time since download began.

 Currently in the first few minutes after restarting a large download the
 download speed is overestimated and the remaining time under estimated..
 until the mean download speed smoothes out.

 When restarting downloads, which have been cut off, the calculation for
 time remaining & download speed should use total volume downloaded since
 restart / time sine download was restarted.
