Comment:

 Another cause could be that you have been previously using the version
 from the ''Mac App Store'' and have now downloaded the version from our
 website. Then you would need to move bookmarks from
 `~/Library/Containers/ch.sudo.cyberduck/Data/Library/Application
 Support/Cyberduck/Bookmarks` to `~/Library/Application
 Support/Cyberduck/Bookmarks`. Refer to
