 Cyberduck on Mac (Mavericks) and Win (8.1) hangs often and on windows
 often crashes.

 - I connect to a site with SFTP
 - I drag files to cyberduck

 result (on both mac and pc, I get the wait icon, it hangs for a good 10
 seconds or so)
 PC - more often the program simply crashes, this occurs with one file or
 an entire director
 MAC - it hangs and at some point will upload the files.
