 Hi,

I'm really liking Cyberduck. But it has a big obstacle for me. And I'm
sure there are people, programmers, designers and professionals having
 this type of problem.

Why isn't there a session resume like tiny feature in such a performing
app ? I want to show what is my problem.

I work in a file in normal ftp login. It takes time to complete the work
or I take a break or I have a meeting or a call from client. So, my laptop
screen goes to sleep in a while or I fold it down. But I haven't closed
cyberduck or haven't shut my laptop. Then I complete my work on that
particular file and try to upload. It doesn't. Why ? Because, the session
has expired. Now what ? Reconnect and keep browsing to the file location
(imagine a php file in Magento like system, too many directory tree) and
re edit it ? It's also possible (though hassle). But imagine when I'm
working in more than 2 files at the same time. Eg. a template file in one
directory tree and a css file or xml layout in another completely deep
down directory structure. OMG... I'd get mad and rather scold at cyberduck
+ FileZilla at same time. I'm not lying. Many of us must have been done
this like me. FileZilla has this session resume, but it's really a crap
app to use (at least in Mac). And Cyberduck misses it. I wonder what in
the world genius people like you are not listening to our needs. Are you
really here to help us ?

Maybe it's a security issue, then you can put the risk at user's pocket.
Like you prompt to use ftps whenever server supports it. In my opinion the
session should really be resumable as long as the file is active.

I've also done a bit of donation earned from my sweat. I'm not that rich
guy to buy something like Transmit or not have a bad intention to look/use
cracked ones. I really respect people's hard work.

I hope you'll pay some attension.

 Best regards,
