 Hi there,

 I am trying to connect to my host but am receiving the attached message
 saying Unsecured FTP connection. Do you want to switch to FTP-SSL?

 My host doesn't seem to be able to help. Can you please advise if its ok
 to click continue here? Unsure what else to do.
