 I paid a donation to acquire a Donation Key and the PDF which was
 automatically email to me is damaged.  Please see the attached file to
 understand the issue.  The receipt was also a PDF and I COULD open it.
 The important PDF carrying the Donation Key itself was impossible to open.
 I am on a MAC OSX platform
