 I've been using Cyberduck for a while and love it, but recently something
 has happened and I am not seeing the files being uploaded by our customer.
 It is imperative that I'm able to retrieve the files on a daily basis.  We
 have trouble shooted as much as we can and have gotten nowhere.  Can
 someone please contact me via phone or screen share to see what's going
