 I got a note back on my last ticket but you closed it and it isn't fixed.
 I did download the program through that link and used Disk utlity to unzip
 it and the box came up to put it in the apps. it runs and then says to
 open and I can open it and use it but when I close it, the program goes
 away and is not in the apps. Would there be a preference setting or
 something that is turned off? It does ask for permission with my computer
 password to install it. It's a new macbook pro with El Capitan OS
