 Hi Cyberduck Support Team

 As the title says, can you say whether it's me and Cyberduck or my webhost
 why this error message?

 It '''was connecting to my webhost fine two days ago and now I keep
 getting this error message'''

 I've doubled checked the login details enter on Cyberduck and they match
 my webhost login details.

 I can access my webfiles directly using my webhost and yet not using
 Cyberduck.
